This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Chuck E. Cheese’s. The opinions and text are all mine.
Did you know that one of Americas favorite dinner and play places has upgrades you shouldn’t miss? We have been loving Chuck E. Cheese and wanted to tell you about them.
Dinner out can be yummy, fun, and dare I say it…. Easy!
Did you know that 1 in 6 children deal with sensory sensitivity now? For families who live with sensory differences this it can often be limit the activities they are able to participate in. While play places can be great fun for many kids, they can be torture for those with difficult sensory needs. When we were approached by Chuck E. Cheese to check out their new menu, this was at the forefront of my mind. I was so nervous to take my kids with and have one of my two kids with sensory sensitivities have a meltdown. But that didn’t happen. I was blown away at just how accommodating the arcade environment was. Everything about their environment was calm and peaceful. Our entire family had a blast.
An updated menu to please the whole family!
Chuck E. Cheese is now more than ever trying to meet the needs of parents with new menu items to please everyone in the parents! I was delighted to see the new menu items I hadn’t seen before. I am used to the basics for the kids like cheese pizza but that has gotten old for husband and I. Now they have so many things to try like specialty flavors – to the endless salad bar, dessert and snack options.
Of course, we love pizza and I love trying different kinds of pizza. Current specialty pizza flavors are Cali Alfredo (includes spinach, creamy alfredo sauce, sausage, mushrooms and chicken), BBQ Chicken (includes BBQ sauce, chicken, red onions and green peppers), and Veggie pizza. Mac and Cheese Pizza is back till December too! Not only are the flavors amazing but the pizza itself is award winning! They even had gluten free (which is huge for us as two of our family members are on a gluten-free diet).Chuck E. Cheese has options for us all, even picky kids and selective Moms!
A special time for those with sensory sensitivity!
On the first Sunday of the Month at select locations parents and children can enjoy an experience specially made for those who deal with sensory sensitivity. With dimmer lighting, quiet or no-shows, fewer encounters with the big mouse himself, and trained staff! The stores open 2 hours early and welcome special needs so more families can enjoy the fun of Chuck E. Cheese. This is really special given how overwhelming it can be simply because of bright lights or loud noises. Parents and kids can relax a bit more and embrace the fun games and yummy meals.
To be sure I don’t miss any deals or changes my kids would love I follow them on social media and you might want to check those out as well!
