- Tissue Paper
- Paper Roll
- Glue
- Glitter Paint
- Paint Brushes
Instructions

Paint the Paper Roll with Glitter Paint

Line the inside of the Paper Roll with a glue circle.

Make a cone with the first color of Tissue Paper.

Repeat steps of glue and tissue paper until all paper is used.

Let dry and play!
