-
Preheat Oven to 450 Degrees.
-
Wrap Potatoes in Tin Foil and Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.
-
Once your timer goes off remove your potatoes from the oven, turn the oven down to 200 degrees, and unwrap from the foil to cool down.
-
Slice potatoes in half to speed up the cooling down. Be gentle with them if they are hot because they will peel and rip easily.
-
While your potatoes cool brown your beef.
-
Sautée your mushrooms with garlic and green onions.
-
While all of this is cooking on low to medium heat, your potatoes should be cooled down enough to begin working on. Scoop out the insides of your potatoes into a bowl with a large spoon. Leave about 1/4 an inch of potatoes around the edge. Take what you have in the bowl and add 2-3 cups of ranch dressing– mash it up. It does not have to be a smooth consistency.
-
Add this back into the potato skins creating a bowl.
-
And that is done until your ground beef is ready! Once your beef is good to go, drain it of grease, add in one can of Manwich {there are three types to choose from –Original, Bold, and Thick & Chunky — we used Bold}. Add one scoop of your Sloppy Joe mixture to your potato skins.
-
Top with your mushrooms and cheese.
-
Bake your potatoes at 200 degrees until cheese is melted.
-
Serve and Enjoy!
