For the month of Feburary we are exploring the Learning Box Preschool curriculum. We have absolutely LOVED everything about the box. I have been blown away by how amazing this monthly subscription box is. This craft for Valentine heart flowers was one of the activities provided within the box.

Items Needed for the Valentine Heart Flowers:
One of the great things about The Learning Box Preschool is that ALL the items you need for every activity are provided in individual bags. Not only was everything there but it was super easy to find and manage. The hearts and rectangles were also already pre-punched and cut! The only item we added for this craft was the glue and the water paints.
Supplies Needed:
- Construction Paper
- Glue
- Sand
- Water Colors
- Paint Brushes
Once you gather all of your supplies tell your child you are creating a friendship garden and let them create! We added the sand from another project to incorporate some sensory exploration. While it was messy, mixing the sand and the glue was a ton of fun.
This craft also presents the perfect opportunity to talk to your child about their friends, interactions with their friends, or even their bullies.
