Have you guys seen the new Minions movie yet? If not then you have got to! We took the kids the other day and had an absolute blast. It is so adorable! These quick and easy Minion Jello Cups are a fun and simple snack idea that is bound to excite the Minion lover in your life!

How to Make Minion Jello Cups

Items Needed:

  • 2 Glasses or plastic cup
  • Googly Eyes
  • Black Craft Tape
  • 1 box of Blueberry Jello
  • 1 pint of Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbs of Sugar
  • 3 drops of Yellow Food Coloring

How to Create Your Jello Glasses:

Creating your Minion Jello Cups is insanely easy. Promise you don’t have to have any crafting skills to master this! This could easily be made during nap time or even with your kids. Either way they will think you are absolutely brilliant when they see this fun treat! To start wash and dry your glasses. Once your cups are dry take your black crafting tape (or electrical tape) and wrap it once around your glass creating your Minion’s goggle strap.

Using glue attach a googly eye onto your Minion. My kids are absolutely in love with Stuart and Kevin so we made a Jello glass for each one of them!

Then make your Jello (printable recipe below) and serve! “Kanpai!”

A mischievously delicious treat that the Minion lover in your life will adore!

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Blueberry Jello
  • 1 pint of Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbs of Sugar
  • 3 drops of Yellow Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Jello according to package.
  2. Pour a half glass Just to the black line.
  3. Refrigerate the glass until Jello sets about 1-2 hours.
  4. In a separate mixer pour heavy cream and sugar mix until just until the cream reaches stiff peaks.
  5. Add in 2-3 drops of yellow food coloring mix until the whipped topping looks yellow.
  6. Once your Jello sets add the yellow topping to the glass. Enjoy!
