Shrimp Risotto Recipe

While peanut butter and jelly is always an acceptable solution in my children’s opinion, as a mom I want to make sure they are getting all the nutrients they need to keep their active bodies up to speed. One thing that I love about this recipe is that when my husband asked me what was for dinner and I said Shrimp Risotto his response was, “Ohhh Fancy”…

15 minutes, that is all I spent on this…and he thought it was fancy 😉 Shrimp Risotto

What sold me on this product is that even though it is in a garlic butter sauce each package is only 120 calories with no MSG. MSG is a big no-no for me because I suffer from chronic migraines and a lot of the foods that I love are loaded with the stuff. Shrimp Risotto
