When I think of the cartoons that defined my childhood I think of Elmo, Pound Puppies, Rainbow Brite, Popples…what can I say, I am a child of the 80’s. As I look at how much my kids LOVE the Minions I know that to them the Minions will be to them what a Popple is to me. Minion anything will get them squealing in excitement. These easy Minion Cookies were a surprise to them one afternoon. They were a major hit!
